Comments: LI & A Construction completed two projects for us. The first was last summer. Mr. Hetnarien and his team eliminated a section of the houseâ s back deck. This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Hetnarien again.

Comments: Lionel and his team of workers did great work. I Originally went with a different contractor who did a complete botched job on our kitchen renovation. We were without a usuable kitchen for more than 2 months and had no water in our kitchen. It was a horrible experience so we fired the unreliable contractor. Lionel and his workers came to the rescue and took on the challenge. They were fast and efficient, began super early in the day 7-8am and finished early 3-4pm and came back the next day to do more. They even worked weekends and on some holidays. They were very neat, always cleaned up behind themselves. They were also open to corrections you pointed out to them and never took offense. Overall, they did reliable work and I would highly recommend them.

Comments: I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise. LJ&A's bid was fair and all the added value work they did was outstanding. They didn't try to gloss over major problems or take advantage and inflate the price of the job. This company is communicative, honest, and very professional, best of all they treated us like neighbors. I will use them for all my projects and recommend them.

Comments: Lionel and Nash were very professional, knew what they were doing, and did it! I needed a new home shutoff valve on my side of the meter because the old gate valve seized working. They installed a ball valve after cutting through the piping and doing the necessary soldering. The job was perfect - took only a little over an hour - and for a great price. I would certainly use them again.

A Very (difficult job) they were very professional, they papered the condo hall floor to protect them from any damage. The renovation was finish on time and looks great.
